Energy is certainly the one thing that’s universal amongst every single one of us. It’s the omnipresent force that enables life to flourish and exist. Also, it’s used as an initial practice for martial arts since it improves muscle strength, agility, and balance.

This is a non-invasive procedure of energy healing that enables a person to go back to their ideal balance state by using communication between information, light, and frequency. The idea of Reconnective healing is to completely realign your physical being to our world. This will connect you to a higher and new dimension of space and time. You’re able to then obtain a higher level of presence, consciousness, and awareness with this alignment.  

Reflexology 

This method’s origins can be found on the Chinese focus on qi flow balancing. However, it mainly focuses the feet, ears, and hands. Various areas on our hands and feet are believed to have straight connections through the meridians to various systems and organs in our body that can be positively influenced and detoxed. With the use of intense and targeted massage, reflexology releases blocked energy through the promotion of lymph flow, muscle relaxation, and stimulation.  

There is a lot of cohesion that can be seen between these various techniques of energy healing. That is why it makes sense that all of them are the same. Though these methods semantically vary, all of them understood the energy flow throughout our body and its significance in our well-being and health.
